Ed`s Diner in Connellsville

Ed's Diner is the most amazing Diner I have been to. Everything in our whole group looked so good. Although I didn't need it the Pie looked scrumptious. The staff there and owners are so friendly and outgoing. They make you feel like family. I wish I lived in Pennsylvania so I could go there more often.

Great prices and very friendly wait staff. Always there with a fresh cup of coffee.

This place has, large menu to choose from. But u wonder, that the health inspector. Has found any health code laws that are broke at this restaurant. Kitchen cooks, taking garbage to bin outside. Using the same gloves, to make food. This restaurant should, in my opinion, be checked by fayttee health officers. Kitchen needs to have more attention. The owners, should have there employees, dress better. Currently the kitchen help, needs to clean there act up. Your dirty and need to dress better.CLEAN YOUR KITCHEN , THE CARPET ON MAIN DINING ROOM, NEEDS REPLACED. "IT IS FILTHY THERE.

A great place to eat with the family. I haven't had anything I didn't like from here. Everything taste homemade and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are great and always nice. The restaurant is clean and cozy. Parking lot may jar a kidney stone loose but a small price to pay lol.

Ed's dinner has the beat breakfast ever. I highly suggest you go to this place.

This is one of my favorite places to eat when I’m back home visiting or traveling through. The environment is great. The employees are so kind. The food is amazing and the old town diner look takes me back to when I was younger.

Steak hoogie was a bit salty but food was still good and waitress was very professional.

The servings are huge and the prices are low. Only complaint is that the "scrambled" eggs with cheese are really just a rolled omelet with a slice of American cheese on top.

Great small time diner! Great menu selection for a 'greasy spoon' restaurant! Great prices and serving sizes too!The customer service is good and the waitresses are very cordial. The food is good and the atmosphere is great for families. I make it a point to go with my family so we can enjoy a good meal and a cup of coffee together. You often see little ones enjoying a good meal!The atmosphere is very friendly but similar that of a small town truck stop.Great place!

Friendly and efficient service. Food is delicious. Kept my coffee full. I had the steak and cheese hoagie. I added lettuce, tomato and mayo. Best steak sandwich you can find. Their homemade chili and soups are amazing. Try it! You will not be disappointed! They close at 3 daily, so come in early! Full menu available open to close.

Really good local diner. Gotta try the garbage plate. They have a very good Rueben as well. The waitresses always make the visit good for us. If you're going for lunch get there early as they do get busy every day

This is our family's favorite diner to go to! Always good food and service. The Garbage Plates and Grilled Potato Pancakes are my personal favorite from the breakfast menu.

Typical greasy spoon,however usually those are the best places to eat at. Diner was extremely busy,so I can understand a little. We waited 50 minutes for a standard 2 eggs,sausage,home fries and bread. Food arrived, missing home fries. Waited 20 minutes for a refill on coffee.I can go anywhere wait forever and get some eggs...I just wasnt that impressed

I love. Eds diner the food is always prepared the way you ask. The waitresses are friendly I. Try to go at least once. A month at least on the day. I get my retirement check. The almish special I to die fit keep up the good work

Truly wonderful. You cannot go wrong with some corn beef hash garbage plate (name of dish). Truly delicious and flavorful.

It was fantastic. Always is. The place was jam packed but still managed to get my family a delicious, on point, no mistakes breakfast in less than 10 min. Waitresses are very kind n helpful too.

Home cooked affordable food but come early it is a small place to eat. Watch out the parking lot has a lot of pot holes some a decent size. Love everything except their omelets which the eggs have a rubbery kinda feel. I think they add to water to the eggs to spread it out. I've seen this done in other restaurants before.

Great family experience. My wife and I got eggs and toast, and the Ed burger with fries and ranch. The eggs my wife said were great. The Ed burger was phenomenal. It’s half burger meat half sausage and tastes great. All together amazing place and do plan on coming here again.

What can be said? This is you classic locals Diner. If you don't know about it, most would drive right passed it. The atmosphere is in the class of a "Dirty Spoon" experience. The food is really good and economical. They FINALLY put kielbasa back on the menu, opening up the Chili-Kielbasa Garbage Plate for ordering. We had a 5 year dry spell people! Be sure to order that one while you can. No half orders on that, so take a little home if you aren't super hungry! Toast options: white, wheat, rye, and yes.. Sourdough.
